On Monday night, Vice President Joe Biden told reporters that he’s planning to run for president in 2020.

After wrapping up a Senate session Monday, he reminisced about how much he enjoyed working in the chamber throughout his career.

CNN jokingly asked if he planned to run for office again.

“Yeah, I am. I’m going to run in 2020,” Joe responded.

When asked by reporters for what position, Joe clarified, “For president. What the hell, man.”

Later, Joe was told by the media that they were planning to publish his quotes and he responded with “That’s okay.”

Reporters then asked if he was kidding. Joe paused before responding with, “I’m not committing not to run. I’m not committing to anything. I learned a long time ago fate has a strange way of intervening.”

So — VP Biden’s not saying ‘yes,’ but he’s not saying ‘no’ either.

We’re here for Biden 2020 — are you?
